Mission Statement: Guide each client to receive their optimal level of physical, mental, and spiritual healing, improving their quality of life and opening them up to their true selves.

Yomassage™

Yomassage™ is a fusion of relaxing and supported yoga poses, hands on massage, and mindfulness. Clients will receive therapeutic touch in a group environment, fully clothed while relaxing in restorative positions. Classes are 60-90 minutes, depending on class size.
