Who we are?

Mary Silveira is a licensed physical therapy assistant and massage therapist. Mary has been using her expertise and knowledge to assist clients in reaching their highest health goals for over 25 years. Currently, Mary is working part-time at a skilled nursing center as a physical therapy assistant working with elderly clients. Mary enjoys learning new techniques and is always looking to improve. Mary finds joy in working with people and enjoys the process of helping others with their transformation to a better quality of life.

Mary is a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
